This section of the Centre Web Site is intended to provide a record of the Centre's governance and business operations by making available to members a summary of the Bylaws and Minutes of the Council Meetings and of Centre Annual Meetings. The information starts at the end of 2003 or later, depending on the category of information, and will be added to as meetings happen.

It is hoped that all members will get a better understanding of what goes on in the Ottawa Centre, and that it will encourage people to get involved. Ask questions of your Council members, and provide feedback. Better yet - help with Centre projects and activities, and even run for office.
Centre Bylaws This is a record of the rules that govern the operation of the RASC-Ottawa Centre. It is updated to reflect the Bylaws as of the amendments passed at the Annual meeting of December 3, 2004
Annual Meeting Minutes This records the results of the Centre Annual Meetings, and includes reports delivered at the meetings. It starts with the Meeting of December 5, 2003
Council Minutes This section contains the Minutes of the Ottawa Centre Council starting with the first meeting of 2005.
